Shipping Policy

We process all orders quickly and ship them as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • United States: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns & Refunds Policy

This filter is designed to reduce/remove chlorine, lead, VOC, CYSTS and any particles over 5 micron in size, like microplastics.  It does not reduce TDS (like magnesium and calcium)

Return Window

Due to health and safety regulations, our water filtration system is classified as a hygiene-sensitive product. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible returns.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within these 30 days only if

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Once the filtration system or filters have been opened, installed, or used, they cannot be returned or resold due to sanitary and safety concerns.
  • We kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • All approved returns must include the product in its original condition with all components, manuals, and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it at no cost.


Taxes

  • Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
  • The final price, including any taxes, will be shown before payment
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders
